Helping transportation organizations improve their project management efficiencies and organizational productivity by successfully navigating process, people, and policy issues at the project, program, and portfolio levels.

Why me

Rob combines a deep understanding of transportation project management principles, DOT practices, and industry trends with a wide breadth of national perspectives and experiences.  He has a passion for implementing practical solutions that strategically advance the mission while balancing technical opportunities, governance constraints, and cultural realities.

Defining Success

It often starts with a challenge whose pain points or potential benefits are too big to ignore.  Be it by proactive initiative or executive edict, the promise of implementing a big idea can be both exciting and terrifying. I understand that most DOTs struggle to successfully navigate change in a way that promotes an enduring positive culture while balancing executive expectations, system and data constraints, financial realities, staff capabilities, and resource availability.
